By 2015, there will have been a step change in the actual level of service excellence.


We will identify appropriate benchmarks for the measurement of service excellence, considering the external environment, looking within the HE sector and beyond.

Where appropriate, we will establish a target-driven approach for identifying and monitoring service levels to all stakeholder groups.

We will gain external recognition of service excellence.

We will foster a culture of trust and respect, empowering staff through devolution of responsibility and accountability, through staff development and recognition.
