We will inspire a greater focus on communication and importantly a stronger focus on engagement and delivery of BU2018 at all levels within the organisation.
It is important that right from the appointment and induction of new staff, people are introduced to the institutional ethos and encouraged to reflect on what it means for their School/Service and to them personally.
There should be a clear understanding of the core Vision and core academic endeavour that drives BU. This must be developed through leading by example and the establishment of senior role models.
