Vice-Chancellor John Vinney

I would like you to join me on a journey into one of the most exciting and challenging periods in the history of Bournemouth University - a journey that is focused on our new vision of Fusion.

It is a vision I want us all to share as we seek to establish BU as a world class centre of education, research and professional practice - a learning community with a truly global reach, combining the elements of Creating, Sharing and Inspiring to deliver the ultimate experience for our students.

It's also about creating service excellence, as well as fostering a fresh and re-invigorated culture of co-operation and collaboration between staff, where we break down barriers within and between disciplines and professional services to share knowledge, ideas and best practice for the common good.

If we share the vision, I am certain this is a journey in which anything and everything is truly possible.
